System User − This user id is used to perform most of the system related tasks – Transport Management System, Defining Workflows and ALE.

Multiple logins allowed for this user and only an Administrator can change the password for this user. Service User − This is used to perform interactive system access to perform some predetermined task like product catalog display. In dialog user, multiple dialog logons can be prevented. Password can be changed by the user itself.
